Known for his innovative approach and deep respect for local ingredients, Vista is more than a restaurant—it’s a storytelling experience through food.
I had the privilege of joining this remarkable project as a gastronomic consultant, bringing a strategic lens to the concept, guest journey, and the seamless dialogue between kitchen, service, and narrative. My focus was on strengthening the restaurant’s identity, refining its value proposition, and guiding the team in shaping an experience that is consistent, memorable, and emotionally resonant.
The result is a place that not only captivates with its breathtaking location, but also moves you with every bite. Together with João and his team, we worked to deepen the connection between territory, technique, and emotion—staying true to Vista’s essence: a contemporary cuisine rooted in Portuguese tradition, yet open to the world.
