Who is Bruna?

Bruna Amendola has been a prominent figure in the gastronomy and hospitality industry since 1997. She began her career in São Paulo, Brazil, working with renowned chefs like Alex Atala, the Torres brothers (Hermanos Torres), Santi Santamaria, Sergi Arola, and Charlo Catering, excelling in events,public relations, and strategic partnerships.

In 2009, Bruna relocated to Barcelona, Spain, where she combined hermarketing role at a multinational company with her ongoing consultancy work in gastronomy, hotels, and events. She has consulted for culinary establishments across countries such as Portugal, Brazil, Spain, the UK, and Singapore, contributing to their growth and success.

Bruna is the co-founder of the Foggo event and the Foggoconecta platform, both initiatives that focus on innovation and collaboration within the culinary world. She also contributes to The Best Chef Awards and actively participates in prestigious gastronomic events worldwide.In addition to her consultancy and event work, Bruna is a respected writer, contributing to publications like Forbes Life, Fashion, and GQ Brasil, where she shares her insights on the global food scene.
